The process that follows this knowledge transfer is quite simple and very pro-active. A dedicated researcher, normally involved at the briefing stage, will draw up an initial long-list and begin identifying and targeting potentially suitable candidates for us to approach. Although we do have a large network of contacts within our Practice areas, new and current research is conducted for every project.
The professional/consultant responsible for the project handles all interaction with the prospective candidates, including initial approach and qualification and if appropriate the face-to-face competence and style based interview against the agreed specification, determining their suitability for the role. After this assessment, a formal candidate report will be prepared and this will be supported by our own recommendations when we meet to present our shortlist.
Interviews are then arranged and the entire process continues to be managed in a pro-active and professional manner to ensure that the motivation levels of the candidates and their desire to join your business remains high. Accurate communication is key at this stage so that the process can be managed in a systematic way through to conclusion when you select your new hire and we manage the offer process to ensure you hire him/her.
